Follow Your Leader – Tour leader has the ultimate right to take decisions during the tour and the participants are bound to follow the instructions given by him.
Only A Wildlife (Eco) Tour – Tours organized by us are serious wildlife tours and hence during the tour, we don’t focus on other activities like sight-seeing, shopping and adventure sports. Any participant willing to do so is free to do it after the tour ends and in such case, transportation will not be in our scope.
Tour Cost – The tour cost that is mentioned in the itinerary for every tour is only for Indian Residents. The tour cost will be different for Non Resident Indians (NRIs) and foreigners. Hence, Non Resident Indians (NRIs) and foreigners please email us for the tour cost at whitefeatherecotours@gmail.com
No Refund – The advance amount is non-refundable in case of cancellations as it is used for booking of facilities such as transportation and stay. The advance amount once paid cannot be refunded whatsoever.
Right To Rejection – The rights of rejection of any participants on any tour are solely reserved by White Feather Eco Tours. The rejection to any participant will be based on unfortunate factors like finance, health and missing transport that has been previously informed to you (train, flight).
Nature’s Uncertainty – The nature is always unpredictable! At the same time, it is magical. There are highs and lows every now and then in the wild. Hence, we cannot take guarantee of any sightings though we always organise the tours to the listed locations in the best season time. Each moment is a surprise! Thus, we advise you to hold your curiosity and let the nature astonish you.
Say NO To Addictive Substances – Consumption of alcohol, drugs and smoking etc is strictly prohibited on all the tours conducted by White Feather Eco Tours.
Medical Costs – In case there are any mishaps, White Feather Eco Tours is not responsible for the medical costs other than the initial first aid and transport to the nearest available medical facility from site wherever possible. Personal medications are expected to be carried by the respective participants. In case of serious medical history, the participant should inform White Feather Eco Tours at the time of registration for the tour.
Be A Responsible Traveller – Please take care of your belongings. White Feather Eco Tours will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings or equipment. We advice the participants to be careful if carrying valuable things with them during the journey and take care personally.
Always Remain In The Pack – Please remain in contact with the group or tour leader all the time and don’t get scattered away. Please don’t be out of sight of the tour leader and please inform him if you are failing to keep up the pace.
Change of Plans – Tour Leader has all the right to tweak the itinerary at any time during the tour considering his experience of that particular region in terms of sightings and about the right place to be at the right time as per the situation. If there is any change in the itinerary, it will be informed accordingly to all the participants by the tour leader; his decision will be final and binding.
Food & Stay – Generally, in most of the wildlife tours facilities such as accommodation and food are basic. We request you not to expect a lavish stay and fancy meal. Likewise, we assure to give you the best out of the place.
Be A Chameleon – Please ensure that you carry the appropriate clothes and footwear as per the region and season. When on a Nature trip, avoid using bright clothes as it can distract birds and animals. Preferably wear camouflaging clothes when you are in the forest so as to minimize your visibility. It is also advisable to carry a torch, cap, notebook, band aids, extra t-shirt at all times.
Your Holiday Is His Every Day – Front seat is always meant for the local guide. Please understand that the local guides of any location are the best people who know the region thoroughly.
